J. Crew has the best sales during Spring season, so of course I have a tendency to splurge since items are marked down with an additional 30-40% off! I bought three tops perfect for any event under the sun. The first is the striped off-shoulder top, a perfect yellow with bow details. I love the quality with it's strong elasticity around the top; which makes it less likely to over stretch. It has a straight box cut—if you want to see more of a shape, I suggest sizing down.

J. Crew Blue Tipped Bell Sleeves | sz XXS • J. Crew 3" Chino Shorts | sz 0 • NYX Butter Gloss

The  second and third top is the bell sleeve style. I loved it so much I bought it in two different colors—white and blue. I decided not to get it in a petite size because an XXS regular is an XSP, plus I wanted a longer length so that I would be able to tuck it in. I love the perfect size of the bell sleeves where it's not swallowing my arm. The sleeve length is perfect stopping just below my elbow. The fabric is so soft and thin that I can wear it during my tropical vacation. I did wear a cami under the white one just because it was slightly see-through. 

The pieces I got are very versatile—I also plan on wearing it to work and pairing it with a pencil skirt and pointy heels.
